This is happening all the time... Its the Wild West now and the rules are nothing more than suggestions.

As an unrelated side note, among the many things I hate about the portal is the amount of guys transferring to and from rival schools in the same conference/same division. I'm sure there is no way to regulate that, but it sucks to read the transfer list and see kids from Coastal and App State coming here and kids from MU going to other Sun Belt teams.
