I've read on FB that the plane was diverted to Knoxville and finally landed in Charleston, wv due to fog. I have not seen anything else about this and was wondering if true.

Welp!! There’s this week’s excuse:
Huff’s opening statement:
(shuffles papers)…”It’s good to see everybody, thanks for being here. We have a huge challenge on our hands this week. Not only have we lost 4 games in a row (voice rises on “row”), but our plane was diverted on our way back from South Carolina, and because of that we lost time that could have been spent getting a back up QB ready for our game at App St.
Coach Clark has done an excellent job….

Let’s go Herd.

Yep, landing in Charleston at 4am (after being diverted to Tennessee for almost 2 hours) and then having to catch buses to Htgn sounds like a real joy ride. Should have been home by 12:15pm. Instead, they got to watch the sun come up on a bus.

Well, if it would have helped, the HERD could have/should have left a lot of excess and useless baggage back in South Carolina prior to the flight. Specifically meaning several, perhaps HALF, of the Coaching Staff!!! Will leave it to the rest of you to identify the "specific" Coaches!!!
