I have no problem with a promotion trying to get people to come out for homecoming... And also trying to entice anyone to come to the Arkansas State game two days after Thanksgiving (Arkansas State may be the worst FBS team in the country, and that weekend is always a hard sell).

Discounting tickets IS doing it correctly. For years I've had to read how poor Marshall fans are. How they "cant afford" game tickets, and that's why the stadium is half empty. Well....NO MORE EXCUSES. Kudos to the AD for making this decision.
