It's nice. It includes chairback club seating and a club lounge on the upper floor of the facility. Also looks like a covered outdoor lounge area on the right side. 70,000 sq ft with a weight room and meeting room. Really improves the look of their stadium, IMO.

strange how they extended the upper deck beyond the end zone on that near side... guess they had no where else to expand.

Yea, this new building is an improvement over the previous one. I like that it's closer to the field and makes the stadium look more enclosed now. Stadiums with unconnected seating on each side always just looked/felt awkward to me.

The endzone expansion looks great, IMO. Those upper deck expansions do look weird, though. They're not the same size.
