This is a text that I received less than an hour ago. She is two blocks from my place, which she knows. It's from a girl who
won The Bachelor (wasn't just a contestant on it), who had a reality show about her on E! network, and whose father is a name that probably everybody over 30 years old knows. This is typical for me: well-known people, celebrities, etc. randomly hitting me up hinting that they want to hang out but don't want to invite themselves over and/or have me ignore them or tell them that I am busy:

And did you see that Forbes announced today that Selena Gomez is a billionaire? Coincidentally, just a few days ago, I received a plaque from her for my work with her more than a decade ago. I'm sure she/her team will be reaching out soon for some sort of favor, since people usually don't send you things they owe you 10 years late, except for the child support the court made you pay:
