There was a nice article in the HD this morning highlighting some big moves Marshall is in the process of making:

1. Partnering with Huntington to sell the old baseball stadium land. The article notes it specifically allows Brad to enter into negotiations. I'm not sure if that is how it is normally done, but I found it interesting.
2. They want to sell the building that houses the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center (aka RCBI) and build a new building in the innovation district.
3. Groundbreaking for the cyber security center is set for this summer with completion by 2026 (not sure if this was previously announced).
4. Laidley Hall is being torn down over spring break.

A lot of big things happening. It feels like more has happened in the couple years Brad has been here than prior couple decades combined. Good times for Marshall.
