Diaz is currently playing ball at Northwest CC, where he's started all eight games and racked up 11 catches for 113 yards and two TDs. As a freshman he caught 24 balls for 300 yards. Diaz also holds offers from Louisiana Monroe and Western Kentucky.
2023 Recruiting Board
Marshall's 2023 class currently stands at 10 commits, all of which are from the high school rank. It appears that number may not grow all that much in terms of high school prospects. Look for the MU staff to go HEAVY on JUCOs and transfers again. That said, there are still some high priority high school targets the staff is continuing to pursue. Below are the names Herd fans should keep an eye on over the next few months:

What about a HS QB in the 2023 class, you ask? According to sources that's not happening unless a prospect too good to pass on drops in our lap. The staff will once again look to bring in an experienced signal caller through the transfer portal to battle the four scholarship QBs currently on the roster.
