403 - Forbidden

I’ve been on two continents in the last day. In both, when I try to go to HN, I get a “forbidden - 403” message.

Get your shit together, Rivals. And no, I’m not going to clear my cookies and lose my frequent websites.

Same thing happened to me last month in Europe. The Herald-Dispatch website did the same thing.
