Ehh let’s see him on the field before we anoint this guy randy 2.0 and huff the next saban. We should approach all high level recruits and especially transfers with cautious optimismHuff has a plan to take the Thundering Herd to the next level and is full fillimg his statement that he wants to get this team where other teams are really in fear of playing Marshall and getting their butts kick.
I can see putting both of these running backs in the backfield at the same time will put a lot of pressure on the defensive team especially if both backs will block each other. It would like "Thunder & Lighting" striking fear into the opponents' heart. When Clemson had that combination a few years back, the offense was almost unstoppable.
A very strong run game makes the QB's passing game look amazing sin e the safeties have to play in the box instead laying back to pick off passes.
Exactly! Hoping for the best, but this young man has been injured and had off field issues with 3 coaching staffs.Agreed... We have had a long line of big program recruits transfer in and not pan out. Hopefully this kid is good to go and not another Willie Korn, etc
Better check his stats, participation, and background first.
That’s the big thing to me. The guy has put in the work to get a degree. I hope that’s a positive sign of maturity to match his talent on the field. He could be an excellent addition. I’m optimistic, but not ready to build any statues.Has his degree and is eligible right away.
I hope he is, but didn't he have a knee injury as well? We tend to always get over our skis with these P5 transfers or transfers all together. That’s the big thing to me. You talking about Dominick LeGrande and Okechukwu Okoroha? I mean they were nothing great, but they were solid players for us when they were here.Eh, just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're mature...didn't MU get some guys from Boston College who one of them didn't pan out and got in trouble off the field? Yous Mbao for the basketball team had like 4 degrees and had a weapon charge.
But, here's to hoping that'll change.
Ture. But Laborn (who was an insanely highly recruited kid out of HS) stayed at FSU even after getting kicked off the team and finished his degree. I have no idea if he will work out on the field at MU but in a day and age where kids care less and less about school; I think he should be commended.Eh, just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're mature...didn't MU get some guys from Boston College who one of them didn't pan out and got in trouble off the field? Yes, A lot of video while in HS and at FSU. Big time power runner that can cut much like Ali. If he comes in healthy along with what Ali gives us could be one of the best backfield tandems in college.Any relevant video of this kid?
