Just wanted to reach out and let everyone know how proud I am of the environment that's started to become the norm on HN.

The quantity of posts and the quality of convo are both outstanding and it's all because of you, the HN posters.

This place was a mess for a long, long time and while there is still a ton of room for improvement I also firmly believe things have really turned around over the past few months.

Keep it up, fellas (and ladies).
