Yellow. Yellow is reserved to mean "caution". Orange is reserved for construction.

Traffic lights are Red (stop), Green (go), but the caution light is actually neither yellow or orange. It's actually a shade between the two colors. Some like to refer to it as an amber shade.

If you're ever in the UK, they actually refer to the caution light as orange.

Everything in your post is pure bullshit. As for driving, you guys did join the 21st century by raising your speed limit to 70, but still, you go down a country road and there's more horse and buggies on the road than cars and trucks.
