in Lexington this past weekend. Just another example of running the department on a business model. Plus gives the coaches and the spouses a chance to be around each other away from campus/the office. I’m sure they learn from each other - promoting a energetic winning attitude.
Going to be an interesting year. New coaching staffs, no hot seats ……!!

Yeah, but just think that if we hire just ONE more Director of Operations for another HERD sport, that will JUSTIFY one more Assistant Athletic Director position!!! In the "bizness", it's called Management taking care of . . . . . . . . . . . . . "Management"!!
