What's the difference in the numbers of voters being allowed to vote? If the glitch doesn't happen, people get through the line faster. With the glitch, it just takes longer. You want to be denied the right to vote if you're standing in line and the computer glitches and they tell you "tuff luck bud" you should have been here sooner?
