well this article says it all. Cali has made it so hard to afford to live there that even the well to do can no longer afford it. And just think it is these libs that want to impose their bad policies on the rest of us.

Unless they change zoning/housing policies it's not going to get better in the SF Bay. Just limited land, so to house everyone flocking there you need huge high rises that will never get built - too many people are too invested in keeping up their property values to allow that sort of thing to happen.

I think the Oakland ghetto will eventually get a major overhaul before SF prices come down when the software people start moving across the bay there.
