This was a year ago and if I remember correctly the officer is facing potential federal charges and the family settled with the city for 2.15 million

Never said fleeing should be met with death. But cop was near/in front ofcar when he decided to run. I think the cop was wrong to shoot and didn't need to but it's not like the kid was sitting on the street corner and just got tapped
