From the article - realized it was very bad but was not aware that Huntington itself has a higher percentage then even the percentage that affords the state the unfortunate position of leading the nation. State leads the nation and Huntington"s rate is even higher than the national leading state rate.

The following is from the article -

West Virginia's rate of drug overdose deaths is the highest in the nation, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Huntington's is higher still. At least 944 people overdosed last year in the county, says Scott Lemley, an intelligence analyst with the Huntington Police Department who estimates that nearly 14 percent of residents are addicted to drugs.

No worry, the mayor's got this.

On the bright side, 86% are not addicted to drugs!

Sorry, but we need a shoot on sight order on every black male between the ages of 20 and 30 driving a car with Michigan plates. I'm sick of these people from Detroit and Columbus ruining our community.

We should see it as a celebration of our nation's riches really.

We're so rich that our poor people can afford to eat like cows and even support drug habits. There's really no way to lose in America. Look at the last meals these death row inmates get.
