This game is being moved to ESPN. We really need an Appy win here, but Coastal is the hot hand and their head coach is coaching for the South Carolina opening. An App State win gets them talking more about us. Winner of this game is the Sun Belt favorite as Coastal has already beaten Louisiana.

I think we will play the Sunbelt champ in the New Orleans bowl game
Considering the New Orleans Bowl is 5 days after the championship I find that very doubtful unless schedules change.
If we can run the table this year and win the conference championship I see us in one of the “pool tie in” bowls that have been set up this year such as Birmingham.
Certainly sounds like bowl affiliations are very fluid at this point. Could be a lot of different matchups this year than years past which will be fun to watch

Chances are that Wright State and Akron won't happen. Both programs shut down yesterday for I assume 14 days

And four days after the Sun Belt championship. Throw in a travel day and makes it tough. It is an odd year but that would be wrong for the kids.

If we make the CUSA championship game we wont be playing in New Orleans... We may very well end up playing Coastal but it will be somewhere else (wherever ESPN sees fit, most likely Birmingham on Jan. 1). The closer bowl season gets, the more likely it appears that there is going to be a lot of logistical horse trading between bowl games this season.

Still pissed no game for 2....more......weeks! Doc & Co keeping them mentally sharp is one of the surprises of this season for me. Whether he has finally put the pieces together on his staff or is giving a daily Patton-like speech, it is working. Reading about the strategy for keeping CoVid exposure to a minimum on the team - where is this coming from! Very impressed.
As for Danny - bring it!! Go Hetd

Certainly could, we are notoriously slow starters and only 2 weeks to prepared compared to others 6 weeks but what does that have to do with a Herd bowl game?

No way MU has this much talent and starts 2-7 and people aren't bothered by it.

Anyone who cares about championships wouldn't accept such a start.
