where is the line drawn on just assuming someone is guilty of sexual misconduct because somebody said something happened?

These recent accusations may very well be a concerted and organized effort of some political group hoping to slander Trump, taking advantage of the recent climate of backlash on harassment, but the majority of charges levied against him (most long before he was even a presidential candidate) are most assuredly true. Given the accusations and his on record comments, it would take overwhelming naïveté or blinding political investment to believe that he is an innocent victim of some political or feminist slander.
And no...this isn't on the level of workplace flirting or consensual affairs. Cheating on your wife makes you a piece of trash, but if both parties are up for it then hey...consenting adults and all. But we aren't talking about an affair between two willing people. We're talking about unwanted and unsolicited advances. In other words assault...the stuff that puts people in jail.

But is anyone saying that all of these charges....or even most of these charges...aren't true?
