Arrests made in Houston Shooting

New reports revealing 2 suspects now in custody. This case initially received press as a possible hate crime. That's turned out not to be the case, although it may now serve to foster discussion about black-on-black violent crime. Either way it's a terrible tragedy and heartbreaking.
