There is a real trick to keeping a team together physically as well as mentally. They pissed him off in San Anton, and he got their attention in El Paso. Time will tell if the Herd can make a late break and be neck & neck with the lead horse with 5 lengths.....now 3! I know it’s frustrating, but dammit this could be a very interesting last 8 games heading to Frisco. Like others have said, top 4 finish is very realistic at this point. When the announcer yells “and DOWN the stretch they come!!”, does he trust the horse or does he go with the whip? I have to believe D’Antoni has been there, done that. Let’s Bring on the Herd!
