The Trump Reich is going to be remembered as the most corrupt regime in American history.

"Is it normal for a large corporation to seek "insights and consultation" from a fake shell company? One that had no public facing aspect at all and was created with its first transaction being to pay off a porn star hours later? An LLC that even if going by the books had nothing to do with the supposed insights they were seeking?

I USED TO AGREE WITH YOUR STUPID THINKING, BUT ALL THE SMART CONS ON HERE HERDMAN, BC, BANKER,
429, RALEIGH AND ALL THE REST HAVE SHOWN ME THE ERROR OF MY WAYS. THEY ARE WAY SMARTER THAN YOU STUPID LIBS.
WE BELIEVE DONALD TRUMP. DONALD TRUMP DOES NOT LIE, DONALD TRUMP IS NOT A CROOK, DONALD TRUMP DOESNT EVEN LIKE MONEY. NO COLLUSION, NO COLLUSION, NO COLLUSION NO OBSTRUCTION.
WISE UP DUMMY

Novartis confirms it hired Cohen's shell company, Essential Consultants, as well. Looks like this Avenatti guy is pounding some truth.

Avenatti says, "Viktory."

Yup it's truly hilarious. Avenatti is doing so well that now Cohen and his lawyers want him removed from the Stormy Daniels case.

Remember when Trump was going to drain the swamp? Nothing to see here... I mean no way was Cohen selling access to Trump. No way is this pay to play. Lmao...

Here’s what you need to know about the U.S. lawsuit against the AT&T-Time Warner merger.

Guess it didn’t work.

So your take away from that was the worst part was Novartis was “fooled” because Cohen couldn’t do the work?

He peddled himself as "Trump's attorney" in order to snooker some companies into paying for access he couldn't deliver. None of which has anything to do with Trump unless you can show that Trump got a cut of the money, which he didn't and is why Mueller had no interest in keeping control of the case.

“Novartis officials said they met with Cohen shortly after they signed a contract to pay a company he had created called Essential Consultants. During that meeting, Novartis said, the company determined that "Michael Cohen and Essential Consultants would be unable to provide the services that Novartis had anticipated related to US healthcare policy matters and the decision was taken not to engage further."

What’s your take? Russians?

I'm not a legal expert, but I'm guessing it's illegal to make money off of access to an elected official and public office. If he (Cohen) claims he is a lobbyist and this is legitimate (receiving money from Novartis and AT&T), then he used the same shell company, Essential Consultants, to pay a porn star hush money which is a campaign action. He can't have it both ways. He is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. He also received money from Viktor Vekselberg, a Russian oligarch. Like you, I have no sympathy for Novartis and AT&T for getting swindled but that is not the big story here.

How do you know this? Damn, you're psychic.

If Cohen is paying cheeto's slvts hush money from his own pocket, which was their original claim, it isn't difficult to understand why Cohen would be given cheeto's allowance to scam these companies claiming to have access and influence. It is a win-win for cheeto. He doesn't have to pay anything out of his pocket and there is no tie to paying Cohen for the hush money.

Hell, this is what ghetto rappers and their entourages do every day. A rapper will have twenty people on tour with him, half of which have no job or work duty. The bigger the entourage, the more important the rapper appears. But he doesn't want to pay all twenty people for their hotels, food, and salaries. So what makes it worth it for this entourage to travel every day with them? The rapper gives them allowance to capitalize off of his name. An artist is given free tickets by venues at each of their concerts for friends/family. The rapper will ask for more the day of each concert and the tickets are given to the entourage to sell to fans or other scalpers. They are swindling the venue. Fans/girls want to meet the rapper and get a picture, so they reach out to the entourage on social media. The entourage charges the fans for it instead of going through the contracted meet-n-greet arrangement with the company in charge. They are swindling that company. Clothing companies want to get their clothes to the rapper and hope he is photographed wearing their design/brand. The entourage plays the role as the middle-man and keeps the free clothes.

The rapper doesn't have to pay these guys anything. They make money off of swindling people/companies with the rapper's knowledge. If the rapper didn't allow that, he would be forced to either pay these guys or know they wouldn't come along for the ride. cheeto is doing the same thing; allow Cohen to swindle under the guise that his relationship with cheeto will somehow result in an action, allow Cohen to make money from it, then not have to worry about paying Cohen for the things he actually can bill cheeto for doing.

Sounds like Chris brown needs to start paying his folks better. He’s back in the news again.

thanks for clearing that up. many of us here had wondered if you were a legal expert.

because anyone with a brain knows Mueller would not have referred the case to NY if he could use it in his "investigation" looking for a crime. god you libs are stupid.

Because at the time of the raid, the investigation of Cohen was for BANK FRAUD. Unless it eventually connects the campaign or connects Cohen to Russia (which it may very well), it is out of Mueller purview. Do you not think Mueller has knowledge of all the evidence collected? LOL!

Who is the stupid one? (that's rhetorical because I already knew the answer and means you don't have to answer)

You obviously don't know what rhetorical means. Thanks for the confirmation, hick.
oh, i fully comprehend, shit for brains. you didn't need an answer because you finally figured out what we all knew: you're a fvcking idiot.

really hate to see your head explode, but it's crazy, i wouldn't believe it if i didn't see the numbers. revenue was up over 20% in 2017 vs 2016. and, it's actually increased YTD 2018 over 2017. and, all due to increased workload in coal fired power plants. bet that makes you sick, huh? bless your heart.

Maybe increased workload in coal fired plants from them converting from coal-fired generation to natural-gas-powered generation. It certainly isn't from increased coal production.

I didn't argue your metal fab shop wasn't making more money, YOU argued it was due to repealed regulations, MORON.
