Why can’t Marshall fans just Trust the Process??Why are they waiting for the demolition to be completed before beginning the design phase?
Looks like they are just closing the gap…Why can’t Marshall fans just Trust the Process??
I'd say it's more of seeing what they can fit in once the land is totally cleared and ready for construction. I'm sure they have what they want and in different layouts. Will depend on the area and how much. I like this process much better than the original - that's why bids came in 8 Mil. over budget. jmhoWhy are they waiting for the demolition to be completed before beginning the design phase?
Please. Remember where you are. This is a message board. Besides, you can donate and mock at the same time. It’s the Marshall way.Instead of mocking the effort of building the ballpark. Donate. Get involved. Quit making jokes about it.
How close to the original is the this stadium going to be? If you can comment. This is the drawing of the previous site. This wont reflect the new set of drawings I'll not be posting. Just a teaser.
I am not an expert on land development, but I am venturing to guess it is going to look like a vacant fvcking lot.I'd say it's more of seeing what they can fit in once the land is totally cleared and ready for construction. I'm sure they have what they want and in different layouts. Will depend on the area and how much. I like this process much better than the original - that's why bids came in 8 Mil. over budget. jmho
C'mon, Sam!! You've been around these parts ("HERD Country") long enough to know that "broke ground" is not the key phrase to recognize!! It's when they start throwing around a term like "game changer" that you really have to wonder and worry!!!Believe it when I see it. We “broke ground” at a totally different location not 18 months ago.
IF (the largest word in the English language) this is really the deal then this is the right thing to do. A small baseball field, not an elaborate minor-league level park like was “broken ground” upon back then and the pipe dreams for have held this project up for decades.
Ummmm, some could/would speculate that it will look more like St. Cloud Commons than it will the original rendering of the new stadium!!How close to the original is the this stadium going to be? If you can comment.
This. I think Smith would rather sell off a portion of his Intuit stock to fund the stadium than have this fall through under his watch.Spears and Smith announced the funding plan is in place and approved. These dudes aren't Hamrick and some other Prez. They aren't gonna have their reputations tarnished by being all talk and no do. Now whether it's entirely finished in April 2024 to play the season, that's another story. They've got 18 months to get it done.
