I went to a ballgame in Morgantown with my father years ago and when returning home after the game heading south on I-79 there was a car pulled over on the emergency lane. The driver’s door was wide open and a man was standing beside the vehicle and was peeing...facing traffic. That’s just something you can’t unsee.
