In a week when I thought the worst press imaging I would see would be a German company reminding us of Nazi gas chambers (VW, in case you missed it), the dummy head of the CDC bought a bunch of tobacco company stocks after being named director and now has resigned. Seriously, does anyone have a brain these days?
