I have no problem continuing to honor the 1970 team but this team is an embarrassment and we all know that.

It's the 45th anniversary of the year after - of course we're celebrating this anniversary!
Or a hat or shirt. Most schools release some merch to coincide with special events.
So we shouldn't wear special uniforms that we planned to from the beginning of the year, because the team is bad? #logic
We should open with Matthew Fox going "We're not honoring their memories - we're disgracing them!"
I do call absolute bvllshit on this as well. There have been far too many schools out there (with way lower budget than ours) sporting alternate unis for us to not be able to do it as well.
EVERY team should have two sets of unis. White on the road, color at home. This whole alternate uniform BS is BS. Marshall is Green and White. Not black, not gray, not yellow.
Same person who continuesly feels we should pull everyone's redshirt in the last 3 games of the season. Logic isn't his cop of tea

Opinions Fever, opinions. Yep pull the redshirts. You're of the old opinion a player has to wait an undetermined period of time (a year) to wait and play when the team needs help now. Coach can play those kids and do your beloved red shirting with future players if need be. One game or all 12 does not matter. I realize Doc is not going to do this but Fever when your season is an all-out cluster f_ _k like Trump says "What do you have to lose?"
A full year of eligibility for three games of experience.
No I'm of the opinion if a freshman hasn't played in the first 4 games and didn't show anything in camp to make the 2 deep or special teams obviously you redshirt him.
