Regardless of the last two games it's a tall ask to ask fans to attend a bowl on less than a week's notice and it's on Christmas Day.

Add in how this team face planted and relatively speaking(I know COVID) the demand for this game will be an all-time low.

A team that appears to be in full meltdown, the worst time slot of any bowl game, in a deep south non-destination location, against a second place MAC team, during the COVID year... Not a lot of selling points for anyone to make the trip.

The sad thing is, I could go. I have no family, time off work and disposable income... But I think I will stay put and enjoy my 3-day weekend. I can drink Maker's Mark I've already paid for and watch the game in my recliner.
