Is $400 million in crowd-sourcing a normal way to finance a huge industrial plant? I really hope this works out for the region, but that just seems weird...really weird.

I don't want a mea culpa. I want this project to happen. I lived half my life in the Huntington area, and I fvcking love Appalachia. I have friends that lost their jobs at AK Steel that could work there. KES recently shut down too. I've just seen the region burned and bullshitted too many times, I am going to always be wary until something is actually open and operating.

A few months ago Bouchard was saying there would be an IPO at $50 (a little high for an IPO?). Now this instead.
