Cheyney (D2) in Philly is dropping FB. which means they don't have

to sit a year. I wonder if they have any players?? Plenty of tape available, would they be worth checking out?

Some of the better players in D2 can play at this level. A lot of people do not respect D2 football(or basketball) but some at that level can flat out play

Cheyney holds the record for most winless seasons in Div II, having won zero games in 13 of the last 27 seasons. It went 1-10 this year, losing by margins of 14-54, 16-65, 19-48, 13-33, 0-62, 0-56, 6-55, 7-59, 0-65, and 0-63. The only team it beat was Lincoln, which went 0-10 including four games with margins of greater than 60. Combined with the fact that the school is on virtually permanent academic probation due to "questionable course content and lack of focused degree programs" my guess would be no.
