China no longer a currency manipulator

That's right, considering Obama also refused to do it (something candidate Obama also promised) nothing has changed.
China is no more a currency "manipulator" than our own Fed Reserve.
With that said, I remember being told pre and post election that Trump's arrogance and ignorance wouldn't allow him to adjust his campaign positions, listen to others opinions, assess facts, or make different decisions.....blah blah blah.
I said during the election that Trump wasn't actually a pure conservative and is actually more "moderate" than either the far right or far left wanted to admit. Its going to work out that way over time.

What changed is he's playing nice with China because of the current tension with Russia. Other than that, nothing.
