Are we looking at the same house? Lacks character? It is a custom built house. Sunken living room, pillars, wood beams in many of the rooms, the unique railing, the ceiling piece holding up the light at the top of the staircase, the many different tray ceiling designs.
I don't love every part of it, but it definitely doesn't lack character, regardless if you like the taste and style or not.

Sure it lacks character. My friend has a vacation home in a Florida neighborhood just like that in basically the same location. All the houses look like carbon copies.
They are putting up houses in the Orlando area at a crazy pace. Not 2 mill but thousands in the 300-800k range have been built in recent years.

It's in Sanford. (Seminole County) No wonder it's not selling. The'd have to pay me to live there and I would still pass.
It is a beautiful home IMO.........however it just doesn't seem like a place I would want to raise a family in. It just doesn't have that "homey" feeling to it.
