CIT

W-S, I'll get you a trash can to puke in.

thinking about driving up.....I’ll meet you and Sam at Davis’ Place, then we’ll hit the Carousel Club after......Maybe Doc will be there and Sam can get a selfie with him...yeah, and we’ll stop by redsfan’s booth on civility in sports.......Zilla and Rifle will be teaming up for a coach’s clinic on “Baseyball & teammate’s respecting each other”, hosted by the LGBTQ chapter in 5 1/2 alley....Coach Dan will wax eloquent on the future of Danalytics......oh yeah...Jonny Buckets will be breaking the all-time scoring record @ MU....be there be obtuse!!

p.s. I know the CC is no more, but it was a great strip joint back when Simone Star was struttin’ her stuff on the hardwood!!

IUPUI. (16-16)

They play in the Horizon with NKY and Wright State.
Their signature win was a 76-69 win over Boston College. They also had a win over conference winner NKY

Thanks. I saw that earlier but thought it was a prank. Probably be a good game but in Htgn I would expect MU wins by 6-10.

Herdmeister is that for certain? I heard we had to wait for all the fields in the NCAA and NIT were announced then the CBI and CIT would choose their teams. I know you have the inside info but just curious how those teams already know when the other fields are incomplete. I guess that IUPUI has also already paid?

I mean you go to the CIT website and the field has not been announced. Where did you get this info Meister?

When will the bracket be released?

I've seen that other than Marshall and IUPUI, that Robert Morris, UT Rio Grande Valley, Southern Utah and St. Francis are going to the CIT.

20 team tournament - 4 teams get a bye through to the round of 16. In this case, “Sweet16” is already taken by the Dance. The CIT version is the “stevia” 16......

Horizon league team......Northern Kentucky, Wright State.....

Good Lord.

It is IUPUI - Indiana University - Purdue University - Indianapolis. 30K students. Medical school, dental school, engineering, law school, all of the general subjects expected in a university. US News top 200 public. Research. 8K grad students.

Graduates receive IU or PU degrees depending on the field, same as the main campus. Both IU and PU are among the best public colleges in the country.

It does not teach "diesel mechanics".

Opponent has not yet been named
True. We know from previous years of being in the field, they always try to get regional match ups whenever possible. Remember we had WCU, App State and Ohio. That is why IUPUI has come on the radar. Also Robert Morris and Austin Peay

The diesel mechanics probably end up making more money than half of the college degree students in the USA today.

How do we see the field/brackets?

They’ll be up soon.

I’ve been following things on Twitter... so far here’s who I know:

Marshall
IUPUI
ETSU
Grambling State
UT-Rio Grange Valley
ULM
Cornell
Robert Morris
Texas Southern
UNO
Quinnipiac
Southern Utah
Charleston Southern
Presbyterian
FIU
Hampton
St. Francis

(I’m updating as I find others)

Solid.

He’ll feed this board with really good insight for 98 out of his next 99 posts. Then that 1 out of 100 situation comes up where he’s not completely correct on a fluid situation and the loud ones hammer him.

Keep it coming @Herdmeister , most of us appreciate what you bring.

.

I'm a bit confused. So he will not have good insight in one of his 99 posts and then will have another where he's not completely correct? So 98 of 100 times he's good?

For those keeping score with the alphabet schools, Fort Wayne is no longer affiliated with Indiana University. It's simply Purdue - Fort Wayne.
