Sun Belt. They beat Mississippi State and San Diego State last year. Went to a bowl game, too (lost to Air Force).
Good for him. He transferred because he wanted to play, good to see him getting to.
You're knocking a team for winning close games even though they were in a conference that was better than C-USA last year?
They beat an SEC school and a good San Diego State. Even if they lost the games they won that you noted, they'd still finish with a better record than Marshall did in an inferior conference.
Not sure how pointing out a team with double the win total including a win over an SEC team, is low self esteem. But ok.
Yes, they went 2-6 in their conference last year. Do you not recall that Marshall went 2-6 in an inferior conference last year? South Alabama also beat an SEC team, a good SDSU, and went to a bowl. They had a far better season than Marshall did last year, but you're once again playing the moron in this thread and failing to acknowledge that while trying to bash USA. Brilliant.

Face it, all of your attempts to jab South Alabama, their success last year, their schedule, and their conference all blew up in your face when you compared them to Marshall's last year.
If you think it is a bad sign when a player leaves Marshall, disparages the integrity of some of their coaches, then goes on to start for a team that just had a better season than Marshall, you may be on to something.

Never take the word of a player who got beat out by 3 other players. Stood separate from the rest of the team during a Spring Scrimmage and then decided to quit to Twitter first instead of being a man and going to Doc with his concerns.
Not Doc's fault he had a shitty fall camp and a shitty Spring. Chase, Gunner, and Birdsong all out played and out performed him all Spring. But to not stand there and cheer on your brothers was the final straw for small hands.
