I believe you’re last sentence is correct. JMU ineligible for post season play in ‘22.

It will be Coastal vs. Troy... Troy and South Alabama are tied in the West, but Troy has the two worst teams in the league to end the season and the head-to-head tiebreaker over South Alabama.

Most likely scenario is the SBC title game will be 10-2 Troy at 10-1 Coastal.

The only way Coastal has a chance in the world at a NY6 game is if the AAC suddenly and completely implodes... Since UCF finishes with awful Navy and even more awful South Florida, they are almost a shoe-in for the NY6 spot.

UCF would also have to win the AAC conference championship game to be eligible as well which will most likely be against the winner of next week’s Tulane-Cincinnati game.
