I have to place blame on liberal policies and anti-cop rhetoric from groups such as BLM (born out of Obama rhetoric) and Antifa.

Look at NYC as a leading example. You have a mayor who makes cops stand down, allowing thugs, hippies, and retards to throw buckets of water on them, without any recourse. Why is that not considered an assault? Would anybody on this board allow someone to pour a bucket of water on them, just some random thug coming out of a row house to drench you in water, or God knows what else is in that bucket?

There is a problem with the cops and military committing suicides. Frankly, we have a large segment of our population who are just ungrateful for the work they do.

It's just such a stressful job. Stressful on the cop, stressful on the family.

It's been that way no matter the political environment for a LONG time. I saw the stress it had on my uncles (three of my uncles were in law enforcement). Two were combat vets too...I can't imagine the shit they saw in war, then you come home and deal with shitheads beating their wives, beating their kids, mangled bodies in wrecks, never mind the threat of violence....it plays with your mind.

Add in a lot of these young cops today are also combat vets...it's not a good recipe for mental health.

I have the highest respect for cops. I watch a lot of police videos on YouTube, shit goes sideways in seconds. That's a hell of a way to live your life, never knowing if the next call or traffic stop someone scumbag is going to pull a gun.

I wouldn't care if some thug poured water on me though...because the kind of person that will do that, you will eventually get the last laugh when their ass ends up dead or in prison. Fvck 'em.
