COVID leads to cancellation of App State-Louisiana

Is the problem at Appy or Louisiana?

Heck, if it is the latter, maybe we ought to contact the EERS about a possible SECOND game this season!! Can't find any other foes, apparently. Besides, already happening as CUSA's MTSU is scheduled to play a second game with the Sun Belt's Troy!!

I heard it was App. Hope nothing got passed to us. Of course, we’d never hear about it if so.
Doc was on Sirius today, and he spoke about the testing protocol they do. 3x per week and protocol for quarantine. Its been applied effectively since MU has not had many cases.

I would also hope, among the protocol for playing amidst COVID, there would be some sort of mandatory reporting of any positive cases, so we would likely hear of it.

I remember reading someone stated that MU position was only to allow Freshman and Athletes on campus this year. All other students did remote class. Very smart move by the Administration.

it has not worked out that way in many cases. A good friend of mine from Martinsburg has a senior son on campus. He told me that many of his friends from previous years are also on campus

So you are saying they are allowing overclass students on campus?
yes. As I said, he is a senior and lives in Towers East. They are using the old South/Holderby Hall to isolate any students that need be

Just another reason I come here 1st for updates. I had no idea what the on-campus/class/iso situation was...so Meister - I take it from your comments that a limited # of students are physically on-campus, and it includes all classes ('21 - '24?)

yes.
In fact my fiends son has one tenured professor that refuses to learn how to run the computer on line programs.
