It's been made aware to me that I don't criticize Trump enough.

Trump is unstable.

Trump is illogical and without consistent or rational decision making that can be easily followed from day-to-day.

Trump surrounds himself with ethically compromised people, and is so himself.

Trump himself is not a social conservative, either by belief or action.

Still rather in the binary political situation of the States have him than Hillary, primarily because the presidency today is functionally an elected monarch, as the separation of powers is a myth, rather than fact thanks to the web of entanglements whereby most of the legislative decisions are made within the executive branch.

I'm taking a sharp turn here. I've always wondered about Trump appointing Perry to the DoE. Was it calculated or just two peas in a pod? The DoE has a formidable IC, capable on it's own to destabilize oil rich regions. A lot of people don't know about that branch of DoE. They hide behind their own moniker, just like our Embassy personnel. Perry seems like a Mini-Me of Trump, but he has connections within SOF (mostly SEALs, which I have issues with). It's worth exploring, I'll ask around.

Who said there was something wrong with it? I used it as an example to support BC's statement about growing up and accepting reality.

Some people have to continue growing and continue to accept reality even though they are slowly removing the layers of the veil over their face. I did it twice in my life - once when I was about 9 years old regarding Santa Claus and the other when I was about 14 and argued for two hours with the priest about the reality of the Bible before I was to get confirmed.
