Yep, lost to a socialist. New York, and New England love them some socialist, left wing nuts. Free stuff for everybody, at least up until the point where the well runs dry, and/or Northeastern folk get tired of paying high taxes, and flock to the south.

The party splits are coming, and a third party will emerge. I've been talking about this for years. And it will be the best thing possible for the nation.
If that were to happen what would that new party look like in your opinion? Would it weaken the GOP or the Democrats?

It's too bad JPD stopped being on Live PD. A couple weeks ago on a Saturday evening a group of black youths from Louisville crossed the pedestrian bridge and started a ruckus at the park on the Jeff side. They were asked by two cops to act straight. The thugs then threatened everyone at the park. So the police came back. All of the police. The youths were, uh, roughly arrested and the prosecutor made a vaguely racist statement about people from "the other side of the river" and promised the youths will not see the street for a year.
It's going to weaken both because their bases will be fragmented and left with the more hard-core elements.
There is a populist movement in the Midwest and part of the south that will sour on everyone. They've went from voting for a negro to voting for a white supremacist. I'd say that's a sign of economic desperation. That's where the new party will rise from.
At least one party is intelligent enough to kick out those politicians who have served for too long.

From the outside, that seems like a crazy accusation. However, if you ever live or work in poor areas where the population is an overwhelming majority-minority, you will see how accurate it is.
Check out where DMVs are located. They are far more prevalent in middle-class and/or affluent areas than ghettos. Check out public transportation comparisons between those areas. See which ones are far more reliable and on time. All of these things make it far more difficult (or "difficulter" if it had one syllable according to WV education) to vote. Proof of ID is a form of tax barrier to vote. Obtaining the required ID costs money. Many states are discriminatory in what IDs they accept - North Carolina used to accept concealed carry IDs as proof but not accept public assistance IDs or state employee IDs. Want to guess the racial breakdown of each of those?
All of these barriers are far more of a deterrant to voting for racial minorities, ethnic minorities, and the disabled than to the majority.

Yes, I would still object. That has been tried as a strategy before. These "free" voter IDs require proof of citizenship. How does one do that? They have to get a copy of their birth certificate. The poor tend not to have important documents like these which require 1) having a computer and internet access to find out how to get the document 2) having a cell phone to contact the issuing state's vital records department 3) having the intelligence to know how to do that 4) paying $40+ to get a copy 5) paying money to send other information to prove your identity 6) paying money to get to a post office.
Again, we hear the poor are ignorant, lazy, and incapable of basic life skills.

There are many elderly African Americans who live in large cities, use public transportation to get from home to work and back and have no need nor the financial resources to own an automobile, and therefore have no driver's license. Use your head for thinking rather than being a racist piece of shit.

Tell the elderly African Americans that live in large cities to have the public transportation drop them off at the DMV, where they can acquire a state I.D., which is different from acquiring a driver's license. Most people that don't want a driver's license typically have some form of identification. It's needed for various purposes.
