Here's the deal. If Hillary can hold the 16-18 states that have voted blue the last 4 consecutive presidential elections, she starts out with 242 electoral votes. All she has to do is add Florida, or either of these combinations.....Ohio/Virginia, Ohio/North Carolina, Virginia/North Carolina. As of this moment, she has a 3.5 lead in Ohio, toss up in NC, +9 in Virginia, and +13 in Florida. And yes, anything can happen. But it looks bleak for trumpenstein.

And I'm not sure if a governor that didn't receive a majority of votes in his home state would make much difference in Ohio. Maybe, maybe not. And any bump with Kasich would be more than eliminated with a vp choice of Bernie for Hillary, since we're doing hypotheticals.

I didn't invent that data, I'm repeating the result of polls. Hillary, if she's the nominee, won't be running against Kasich, she'll be running against trump. It appears to me that the choice of a good running mate doesn't help a candidate near as much as it hurts if a bad choice is made. Finally, do you want to point out where I said Kasich adds nothing to the ticket? I didn't. As I said, I simply don't think he would turn a blue state to red, and I don't think he can overcome a present time 13% deficit in Florida or a 9% deficit in Virginia. It's very possible he could be the tipping point in some battleground states.

the GOP has set record after record after record this round. Bernie is the only reason the Dems are getting news coverage. when he is devoured by his own party at the convention there will be riots by his "peaceful" protesters. MANY of them will take that sour taste right to the ballot box and vote for Trump.

Israeli-Palestinian conflict: Trump declared his presidency would be a boon for Israel. Wait...I'll be "neutral" in the conflict.
