It looks like it's Hillary's time. What are the Republicans going to offer that would be any different than what Hillary will be? That's the GOP's big problem. They're nothing but a symbolic relic. When they get in there, they don't do anything different than the Democrats.

Why vote for false promises? The Democrats promise unabashed liberalism and they deliver it. Republicans talk about conservative values, then get in there and turn into liberals.

It's like the GOP is just some kind of tackling dummy for the Democrats. Some kind of puppet regime opposition. It's like the Democrats paid some worse sales people than they are to pretend to be against them.

It's all a ruse. Being involved in this makes us feel like we're old, wise and important.

Imagine some of those folks in the same position as us. You get by on a decent middle class salary, but each night you sit in the recliner and bitch about getting screwed by your cable provider as you watch the game. When the mail is delivered, you hate the thought of opening up that utility bill.

Then, you see these folks in the same situation that are dumb enough to 'donate' hard earned money to one of these campaigns.

Those are the ones getting taken. I've never once donated a dime. Hell, I never even checked the box on the tax forms to donate a buck, even though it didn't effect the amount of my return.

Cable's too good to give up. I hear about people cutting the cord. I'd pay $300 a month to keep it if I had to. Only because of the ballgames.

I used to think about how ballgames are a big waste and who cares about other people playing a game? Well, it's by far the best and most organized way to pass the time. What else is there? If you go fishing, you're depending on a fish to bite or your day is ruined. Fishing is terrible a lot of times.

If I watch a ballgame, I will get to see a game being played. There will be baseball, football, basketball. It will happen. A lot of other things you go try to do, there's a chance it may not even happen. You may waste your whole day on absolutely nothing. I've done it before. It stunk.

I watched the Reds lose two games this weekend at GABP. But you know, I saw Major League Baseball in person. If I would have gone fishing, chances are I would have caught nothing. I would have experienced nothing. Would have been a total waste.

Cable and sports. That's the best thing going.

Cable is probably the one thing I couldn't live without. That, and of course some soft Charmin. I always figured if I ever had to do be without cable, I might as well just put the bullet in my skull.

You have it pretty good though. You can pick & choose what you want to do, and when you want to do it. Most of us have fallen prey to the 'have to have a woman' scheme. Hell, I had to pick & choose NCAA tournament games to watch, just because I knew the old lady would nag at me if I watched from noon to midnight. Missed the 1st half of the Wisconsin win over UK because I had to suck up to a half ass expensive dinner. Cost me $75.00 and the first half of the game.

Whore man is probably smarter than the rest of us. Seems he just picks and chooses whores whenever he wants them, and doesn't have to expend a bunch of cash on them. The old 'screw them & leave them' routine. That's the life I need to somehow get back into. Whores & Sports, when I want them. My choice.

He's doing well to keep that going. You see all these ball players breaking down at 30. Poor Yadier Molina lost all that weight trying to save his knees. Reminds me of myself. A skeleton shell of what he was, won't be able to hit the ball like he used to. Not being fat is all right I guess, but it just feels old and feeble.
