Rumor has it that the Army Corps of Engineers has been contacted about building the border wall. This will be done with money designated for National Security (approx $80 billion) allotted in the spending bill. Wonder what kind of wall you can build for that kind of money?

Congress holds the power of the purse, idiot. The POTUS cannot decide he wants certain amounts of money moved around. This is something that most 13 year olds have a good grasp on.
