Just wondering if Fever feels vindicated after seeing several posters removed from the board? Since the mods have indicated that most of the complaints of personal info-being exposed were made by Marshall fans, it's easy to see Fever having the biggest complaint/issues with personal info being discussed over the last few weeks. It wasn't a surprise seeing you "liking" many of the dumbass eer fans comments on the happenings of the last few days too.

Just wondering what it feels like being a whining, crying, rat, Fever?

I hate they got banned but gee whiz after being warned they totally ignored the mods. I dont wanna sound like someone sucking up to the mods. We are all the same and should be respectful and treat people they way you want treated. Pretty simple way to be for me.Any chance of one more chance and if they do it again then they really dont wanna be part of herd nation and their being banned is just what they want.Ive got mad a few times and wanted to drive to where ever and bust someone in the nose. I haven't been around nearly as long as you guys. I verbally sparred with, and rarely agreed fully with a couple of the ones that got banned....but damn. I really don't get it at all. I admit, I'm not in the business of owning message boards, and I don't fully understand all the legal liabilities, but I find the outcome odd. IF...liability risk was the actual cause for such an action....shouldn't ALL involved be locked out from the site to eliminate further "risk" of all parties involved? That would clearly include those that claim such loss of personal privacy.

The ones that were being "exposed" and demanding the deletion of threads (certain asshole eer fans)because of personal info (that no one really understood) are now allowed to remain on the forum, and seem to be returning with pride after being "exposed" and the others booted. Frankly, if I truly felt my personal information had been exposed, and felt there was a huge risk to my overall privacy.........why return to such a forum in the first place?? At this point, why even engage now with those same hypocritical bastards moving forward. With the information they have personally shared over the years, most appear to be losers anyway.

In the case of Fever, it appears we have a typical member of the millennial generation that posts his dumb shit life all over every social media site for the world to see and then cries to mommy when it gets brought up here...even after sharing large amounts of personal information about himself regularly on this forum. He has been eerily silent on the boards since a lot of this started to occur over the last several weeks.

I also see ARandom deleted a reply to this thread from last night....while "moderating". Guess he may have gotten slapped by the boss too, as this issue potentially needs to die....(along with a lot of future participation by many who come here)

I find it odd that I am taking up for Rifle here...but lets remember. When it came to family/girlfriends etc....nothing was brought up that the other poster didn't offer up or discuss prior. In the specific case of Fever....he (FEVER) personally referred to his beloved girlfriend as a "hot piece of ass" which he boastfully spoke of "banging out nightly". What respect does that really show for one's own girlfriend? Can that not be questioned? Should the fact that Fever (at the age of 28) still living with mommy not be discussed (and mocked) after he admits to his dependency?

The correct context of Rifle's bashing need to realized. If you don't want your girlfriend or family disrespected............don't disrespect them first by bringing them into a discussion in a disrespectful way.

You actually continue to miss the point. First, I rarely remember Rifle introducing family/ girlfriends/wives into a discussion unless they were offered up first by the other poster. Second.. Lets remember, we are on a forum which historically results in some version of smack or ball busting as main characteristic. You want to be a "man"? Don't introduce your "hot piece of Puerto Rican Ass girlfriend into a discussion that had nothing to do with her originally........just don't introduce her, period. You don't want her "disrespected"?? Well, did he stalk them and take pictures of them through their living room window or was it pictures that are publicly available on open social media?

I agree with Raleigh, if I were worried about exposure as it pertains to this business, I would removed all parties involved. Those bringing the so called charges are as much a risk to your business. It is sort of like the employee that likes to slip on the bathroom floor and he sues you or wants workers comp(and he is know abuser of the system).

Honestly, it is probably not as much a legal risk as is the way the owners of the forum want their site to be ran.

Permanent banning to long time posters seems over the top, but it is what it is and they can see fit to do it.

I never complained to the mods even when Rifle had other people stalk my page and give him photos. One thing I am not is a complainer or a bitch. So whoever complained and got them banned. It wasn't me. I actually found it hilarious that Rifle stoops to those levels. It showed what type of man and person he truly is. Yes we joke and get on each other but when someone like Rifle attacks numerous posters personal all for the sake of winning a debate, you cant do nothing but sit back and laugh and watch the fool embarrass himself while trying to embarrass other people. My social media is locked and the only why you can see my information if for me to add you as a friend. So its either A. Someone on this site is on my social media and was too pussy to show themselves when Rifle posted the pictures. or B. And I haven't been silent. I just know it wasn't me who complained. Honestly I found what the mods posted hypocritical in the first place. People personal information have been exposed on this site for as long that I can remember. I even had a former Marshall football coach approach me about things I wrote on this site and tell some of my boys that was on the team what I posted and have them ask me about it. But they understood because that is who I am. Whatever is on my mind I say it. And honestly how else would Marshall football coaches know who I am, where I lived, and my Marshall email account unless a mod on this site gave it to them.
