The Steelers always remember one of their own.

The team announced the signing of veteran Doug Legursky Tuesday, possibly a response to the injury to Maurkice Pouncey, as well as the lack of depth along the interior line.

Legursky filled in for Pouncey in Super Bowl XLV after Pouncey suffered an ankle injury against the Jets in the AFC Championship game. He spent his first three seasons in the NFL with the Steelers, playing in 34 games from 2009-12. He signed with the Bills in free agency in 2013, playing one season there.

Good for Doug. I had the pleasure of bowling with him in Chad's event one year. Nice guy and built like a freakin tree stump, not much of a bowler.
