I know he has a sketchy past, might not be the best dude in the world, but I legit feel bad for him.

He blew it. It was hard to watch. Although having Gretzky's daughter to come home to and his little one, I think he'll be OK. The dude can crush it. Putting did him in. Although Speith wasn't on top of his game either. Can't help but like the kid.

his 3 put obviously did him in, but putting in general didn't. he was 5th this week in putting.

That he may have been, but yesterday was his worst day putting. He left a few shots out there. Feel sorta bad for the guy. That said, the greens were pitiful, even for a links type course.

What a great final round and an awful finish, nobody wants it to end like that. The USGA will come back to CB in a few years if for no other reason than to not admit they shouldn't have been there this year. The course makes for great drama and hopefully the next time the infrastructure and fan amenities will be improved. Also they will have time to control the poa annua and smooth the decks. I stood next to Janet (Jones) Gretsky and Paulina for three holes at Memorial this year and I must say Janet is looking her age and Paulina is beyond thin, the baby is very cute however.

i'd say it was 3, probably 4, of the best finishing holes of a us open that i can remember in a long time.
