Revised upward, as per usual, to 33,000.
over budget in march and it damn near rained for 8 months where I live. Hard to get dirt moving and work outside.

You don't make sense, idiot. The initial report was 20,000(P), the revised number is 33,000(P). That's a difference of 13,000. And the 33,000(P) is the number you're using for your "nope." Idiot.
