If you live in an area without Root does this mean we can stream the game on ESPN3?

Yes, if you download the ESPN 3 app you should be able to watch the game from anywhere, make sure you click on "channel" scroll to the ACC network and then go from there

I've never know an ESPN3 game to be blacked out on the net... Here in Atlanta tonight's game against Pitt is being shown of Fox Sports Southeast U-verse channel 1729 and their alternate Fox Sports SE U-verse channel 1726.

I tried watching a game earlier on the ESPN3 ACC channel to test it and the game was blacked out. It was UVA vs Duke. The game was on my local CW channel.

Ironically we don't have the ACC network as part of our channel lineup, I guess in the heart of SEC country that's to be expected... LOL

I know it's early, but I just clicked on the game and got the "blacked out in your area" message.

So I got the blackout message as well... So I thought to myself, maybe it's blackouts in this area bc it's on tv.... So I checked the local fox sports affiliate and they had the game on(fox sports Florida). I was pleasantly surprised!
