Please explain how the Establishment Clause is not violated when this phrase clearly shows preference/endorsement for monotheistic religions.

The court said it is of historical context and not a religious context.
 
Court ruled in favor of God and Christians. Atheists who most could care less about their beliefs got the ball spiked in their faces. Nobody cares what Godless humans think except other Godless humans.
