He's a 34x convicted felon, has 2 criminal contempt charges on his record that cannot be expunged, found guilty of insurrection in a state Supreme Court, was obviously and definitely guilty of knowingly and willfully joining a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the 2020 election, and guilty of the Espionage Act while engaging in a conspiracy to obstruct justice. Regardless of whether he stands trial for all those things, he's guilty.
