Looks like Brenda Snipes knew she was going to get booted hard, so she quickly resigned yesterday, before anyone had the pleasure of making this happen.
I would think both sides can agree this lady was just incapable of doing her job?

Luckily, she fvcked up so hard even the race card wouldn't be able to save her. I do think I read somewhere that she pulled it out during the last major election in which she was questioned for displaying incompetence.
Actually three races went to recount 1 flipped. Nikki fried is a progressive pro marijuana dem from south Florida and the new commissioner of agriculture. Before the recount she was behind. Maybe now that the republicans continue to hold the state seats they can fix Florida from being the laughing stock of the nation. Republicans have been in control of state offices for 20 plus years and have made no attempt to fix the voter issues since Bush Gore. This is totally on the republicans in our state. Can’t blame snipes for the issues in this state period. You trumptards can point fingers all you want but this is a GOP created nightmare.
you are exactly right....republicans have been way to lax about removing leftist **** up democrats, it's even worse on a national level in the federal government in both the executive and the judicial branches. Don't worry though, your President Trump is on it! drain the federal swamp and appoint more judges that follow the law!
There are literally 20 people - tops - that care about a state agricultural commissioner election, including the candidates' families and friends.

Only because it was on the ballot with races people actually do care about. Do you really think if that was the only race on the ballot that that many people would have voted?
No, 8 million people wouldn't have showed up without the draw of more high profile offices, but I suspect the agriculture race was a bit more than in other instances since Fried was pro cannabis.
Imagine that, someone with the name Fried is pro cannabis.
Let's be real...Florida would be so much more cool if you could legally burn a spliff on the beach. Especially when they launch one of those rockets.
