5. Jackie Hunt - 43
6. Ron Darby - 41
7. Rasheen Ali - 39

- You have to go back 7 years to weeks 2-5 of the fabled 2016 season for the last time a Marshall defense gave up 35+ points in 3 consecutive games after giving up 35 to ODU, 48 to NC State, and 41 to Georgia State. In 2016 we gave up 65 to Akron, 59 to Louisville, 43 to Pitt, and 38 to North Texas.
