That’s exactly my point. You have people on this board that argue the point that they don’t and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
I can name 8 kids (off the top of my head) within an hour of Huntington that Marshall is actively recruiting/talking to.
Are there any players in WV outside of the one hour radius of Huntington? That's just like the thinking of the entire university. It begins and ends at the Cabell County line. Don't get too far out into the state. You might find something that might be of interest.

Hey W-S reread my post. I said they may be being recruited by Marshall but will go elsewhere. You have Ny idea how many “local” kids don’t even give Marshall a sniff. Absurd reading on your part. Hey
This is the point. There are kids outside of that one hour. Doc checks the box with alums and fans that say he does not recruit WV by saying what Josh just said when their are players like the kid from Tyler county this year outside that hour mark. I have outlined kids from the other parts of the state he needed to recruit. There is a WR from Wheeling at NC A & T and a kid from Martinsburg at Albany both1-AA schools that sound like NFL grade kids.
So the EP name to watch for in the 2021 season. Blake Hartman, 6-1, 200 linebacker/DB and running back. He also lined up at cornerback. Oh has over 4.0 GPA. First team all state AAA as a Jr running back/WR. Watch his speed in his Jr videos.

Considering some of the guys Doc has brought in at the QB position and how Green is still a work in progress their is a certain WV QB that should have been given a shot.
